NHS free visa extension

Hello everyone

Please I have two enquires
1, Government announces new free visa extension for all NHS and healthcare workers and their family. My wife as my dependant on tier2, Is she qualified for the free extension?

2, Am on tier2 IT Business Analyst , if my wife is qualified for the free visa extension, can I also benefit automatically since government mention their family?
