IELTS while Switching Job Tier 2 general

Hello everyone,

I m on tier 2 Visa general and I am going to change JOB soon, my question is - do I need to give IELTS again as My old exam certificate has expired.

I am not sure if we need to prove it again when switching from Inside UK.

I would really appreciate if someone can help me out with this.
