PBS Dependant - Partner visa - Query

I got my ILR last year in august and applying visa extension for my wife and Kid now
I got a question in visa application form that "Is your work in a shortage occupation?" where I am not sure that answer will be Yes/No as my I got my Visa and ILR under the 2136 code and now 2136 code is in shortage occupation list due to changes in last year for shortage occupation list.

Is any expert in this forum please help me to sort out this query?
