BRP Collection Nomination application submitted but no response

Dear Members,

I had nominated myself to collect BRP from PO for my minor child on 5th Oct 2020 who arrived to the UK recently. I received an auto response that the application is submitted an will get an response withing 5 working days but have not heard anything yet.

Any idea how can I reach them and report this? I am worried that its going to be almost a month since she arrived and does not have a BRP yet. Her visa vignette has also expired. Is this going to be an issue?

I too have nominated online to collect my child BRP on 11th Dec... there's no response yet.
Any idea how long it takes

Dear members,
I applied for my daughters brp nomination letter on the 29th of November. I have still not received any reply. Ive tried emailing the ukvi department but they redirect to the complaints department who has also not replied back.
Any idea how can I reach the home office/brp department and report this.
Its been two month since she arrived in the UK and does not have a BRP yet. Her visa vignette is also expiring next week. Is this going to be an issue if I haven’t received the nomination letter by next week?
