PBS Dependent Visa: Company Maintenance Letter

Hi All,

I am on Tier 2 General and I would be getting married in a month's time. I would like to make a dependant application for my would-be wife and book a slot soon after my marriage. If my company agrees to pay for maintenance and issues a letter now (1 month before my wedding) would that be considered by the home office? or is there a chance of rejection as we are not yet married when the letter is dated?

I can still request the company to issue a letter after my marriage day but in that case, I would have to settle with a soft copy of the letter as I wouldn't be in the UK to collect it and but it would be on the company's letterhead. does the soft copy of the letter work as proof of maintenance by the company?

One more point, would anyone mind providing me the content of the letter provided by your company so that I can ask for a similar letter? if you can censor out any necessary details and just update the main content that would be more than enough.

You cant submit your application before marriage date. You must wait till the date.

Soft copy of the letter would do, no need for original hard copy. Does your Cos Say maintenance certified for dependents?

you dont need a letter if you have sufficient funds for 90 days. it is £630 or £930 i am not sure -
Submit this instead if you have funds.

I don't have enough funds as I recently moved to the UK. Yes, it is mentioned in my Cos regarding maintenance certified for dependents. But since I have not even completed 3 months I am thinking to add a Maintenance letter from my company but I am not sure what would be the content of that letter.

Do you have that letter by any chance? If yes, could you please share it with me? If you can censor out any necessary details and just update the main content that would be more than enough.
