PBS Dependent Visa Extension (Main sponsor has got ILR)

Dear all,

I am having a situation as below, could you please help if you had the same situation before?

My wife has got PBS dependent visa in 2019 under my previous Tier 2 General visa. Her visa will be expired by 21/01/2021. And I have got my ILR in 2020.

Now, I need to apply the PBS dependent visa extension for her.

Could you please help the following questions?

1. Is the route still be the PBS dependent visa?
2. In the PBS dependent visa application form, they asked the spouse's visa type and issue/expired dates (mine) which is the tier 2 visa to define the IHS fees. Do I still need to provide the information as I have already have ILR.

1. Yes,provided you got ilr based on 5 years tier 2 and not 10 years long residence basis ilr.

2. You need to complete what the form asks. It is only the IHS page that asks about ilr and BRP validity, which you have to slightly amend the ilr expiry date for.

2. In the IHS page, it asks the the following information, there is no option to chose for ILR. So these below are what I thought, though the previous Tier 2 visa is invalid since I got the ILR this year. Could you please let me know how you did?
Visa expire date - (Could I put the BRP expired date for my ILR?)
Visa route - (Tier 2 General)
Visa type - (Tier 2 General - over 3 year)
