CoS for Visa extension

Hi,

My employer has just applied for COS allotment. How much time do you think it may take to get approval from Home office? I have 2 months left for my visa expiry. Will I be able to get CoS on time?

The service level time for a new allocation of COS is up to 18 weeks I believe which will actually pass the annual renewal date of April.
There is a premium service offering ( pre COVID - not sure if available at the moment) where the COS is considered in 5 working days for an additional £200
