Applying for ILR, what visa for dependents?

Post by pmol » Thu Mar 11, 2021 10:21 pm

Hi, I hope someone can help me with my query.
I came in this country July 2015 with a 5 year visa which was due to expire 2020 but was given a year extension due to COVID. My visa is a TIER 2 (general migrant-shortage occupation). I brought my family over last March 2018 as my dependents. I am now applying for my ILR, what will happen to their visa? As a healthcare worker do I need to pay for IHS? please help 😊

They may extend as your Skilled worker dependants.
