Salary - Urgent

Post by vcqkdzqpbu » Fri Jul 02, 2021 11:40 am

Hi, I am moving from Company A to Company B. I came to UK through Company A as a Solution Architect with a salary of £34600 in 2019. Now, I am moving to Company B with a Salary of £80,000.
If suppose, if I move from Company B to Company C else where after a year, with a salary less than £80,000, will that affect my Sponsorship ?
Should my salary be always higher than my previous CoS ?

Sorry forgot to mention, the £34K was in CoS application for Company A. But my salary was above it as a contractor.
The new job in Company B is a perm and its paying me £80K

No, the amount you are paid is immaterial from an immigration perspective as long as it at or above the required minimum for the particular SOC code and the hours worked

Visa Extn Period

Post by vcqkdzqpbu » Fri Jul 02, 2021 10:57 pm

Hi all, I came to UK on June 2019 with Company A. Now, I am moving to another company B. How long VISA duration I need to extend for ? They have mentioned, the VISA will be extended for 5 years. Since, I have only 3 years left, do i need to extend for 5 or 3 years ?
