Timeline to apply for dependent visa who is out of UK

Hello,
I got a skilled worker sponsorship and my work start date is on first week of November 2021. Please let me know timeline, like within how many months I need to apply for dependent visa who is currently not staying in UK , so that it should not affect my dependent's ILR clock.
Also kindly let me know the mandatory documents, I need to submit along with the visa application
