CoS mentions New Entrant

Dear all,

My COS mentions that i am a new entrant, I am applying from outside the UK. But when reading through UKVI i dont think i qualify as new entrant.

The Salary scale matches with the experienced going rate. When i emailed HR ,with this query HR replied with the below

"As per the COS requested (Defined - previously Restricted) you are a new Entrant@

can you please advise.

lol, HR's reply implied they know nothing about it...

OP, if you are indeed not a new entrant, you can ask HR to add a sponsor note on your CoS to correct it. No need to issue a new one.
