Curtailment Letter not received

Hi

I am writing this message because I was granted a skilled worker visa in November 2021 then i resigned from my job in January and stopped working for the employer in february 2022 (the 5th) and left the coutry right the day later and moved back to Spain. The comoany assures me that they informed the home office however the problem is that i have never received the curtailment letter (i have been checking in my old address there in London with my ex flatmate) and my status still says “permit until 2023” online. What should i do? I am concerned even if i am not there that this could cause me problems somehow even if i am out of the country? I also emailed the home office to ask but nothing.
