I have got a new offer and would be changing from ICT to Skilled worker.
COS Expiry date: 27th May 2022
BRP Expiry date: 31st May 2023
Question 1 : If I get CoS assigned by new employer before 27th May 2022, am I eligible to stay in this country
Question 2: What happens if my CoS is not assigned before this date i.e 27th May 2022. Can I stay in this country on the basis of my BRP expiry date?
