Switch from skilled worker to ICT dependant visa

Hi, I am currently on a skilled worker visa. Planning to leave my current job and take another job where my new employer is not ready to sponsor a visa. My husband is on a Tier 2 ICT. How do I switch back as his dependant? I guess ICT visa doesn't exist anymore.
