NHS TIER2 VISA AND NHS BANK SHIFT

Post by Rachael0101 » Mon May 09, 2022 2:02 pm

Dear Sir/Ma,
Please, I will like to know if I have bridged the Home office rules of 20hours.

I am currently sponsored by NHS Hospital. I signed up for my NHS Sponsor for bank shift and they called it Bank Partners. I did 9hours bank shift with the same NHS but little did I know that the NHS bank shift was contracted to another healthcare agency company which is not NHS. I was surprised when I got payslip for the bank shift from the healthcare agency company and I received the payment from the healthcare agency company.

Meanwhile, I have done my 20hours supplementary shift with another agency for the same week.

Thank you as I look forward to your view.

You should be ok if the agency is providing NHS services because
Due to coronavirus (COVID-19), there’s currently no limit on the number of hours you can work or volunteer if you have a second job as an NHS doctor, nurse or paramedic.
