skilled worker Visa extension

hi there,
im here on a skilled worker visa which is due for extension in Janurary.
a month ago i was caught drink driving,

my questions are

1, how likely is it that my extension will be refused ?
2, is there anything i should do to help myself have a better chance?
3, does anybody have experiance in this area or know anybody i should contact for help?
