Type of visa for dependents after main applicant gets ILR

Dear All,
I will appreciate your experience on my situation . I am currently of Tier 2 ( Health care worker visa) and will be eligible for ILR application in April 2023. My dependents will be eligible for ILR in September 2024. When i apply for ILR in April 2023 they will be on Tier 2 dependent valid till September 2023 . My questions :

1- What is the name of the visa dependents get till they are eligible for ILR after the main applicant gets ILR ?

2- When i need to change their visa status to ILR dependent visa ? Do i have to apply for them for ILR dependent visas ( if this is the right name for it ) at the same time while applying for my ILR on April 2023 or can i wait till their Tier 2 dependent visas expire in September 2023 then apply for ILR dependent visa ?

3- How much are the fees for ILR dependent visa for less than 3 years ?
