UK Skilled Work Visa & Aus Business

Hi there,

Hoping someone can help me out or point me in the right direction of more info as I haven't see anything on this topic.

I am in the UK on a Skilled Work Visa in programme management in NHS. I am also trained as a coach and want to start a business or operate as a sole trader with this. I am thinking of setting this up in Australia where i am a citizen. This is largely due to the restrictions in the UK on doing anything outside my sponsored work.

Does anyone know whether I am permitted to operate as a sole trader/set up a business in Australia while on a UK visa? It will not be impacting my work.

You can always part part/fully own business in any part of the world.

Looks like you want to work in the UK and rout the payments to your Australian company. This is illegal in my opinion.
