PBS Dependant Extension (Tier 2) - visa application fees?

Hello

Thanks to the contributors for lots of useful information. I have looked at many posts but cannot find an answer yet (on Question 2 below). So raising as a new topic.

I now have ILR (Tier 2 General 5 year route). My wife has now completed 4.5 yrs under Tier 2 PBS dependant route. She now needs another renewal before we go for her ILR. I have 3 questions. No 2 being most important as i think other i kind of know but confirming.

1. Previous dependant application was under Tier 2 dependant but it seems the renewal would now have to be done under Skilled Worker Dependent route? (https://www.gov.uk/skilled-worker-visa/extend-your-visa)


2. My own Tier 2 application was under Shortage occupation for the first time but when i renewed it 2nd time before ILR it was removed from shortage occupation list. My wife had her 2 application (entry clearance + extension) both outside shortage occupation list, so we paid full fees each time before.
Now looking at this new list of shortage occupation, my occupation code (under which i held Tier 2 general) is again included under shortage list.

So my question is, how much application fee should i pay for my wife's renewal? Shortage occupation fee (£479) or full application fee (£719)? (we still pay 3 years IHS in both cases but wanted to check if paying shortage occupation fee would be a cause for trouble in application?)


3. When we apply for her ILR, previous PBS dependant under Tier2 and new SW dependant can be combined to complete 5 yr qualifying period and apply for ILR in next 6 month or so?

Can you please help me answering few questions below?

I have ILR (via Tier 2 General - 5 year route) and we are applying for PBS Dependant extension using Skilled Worker Dependant form.

Does <Partner name> already have their Skilled worker visa?
Yes? (although partner now has ILR and was previously on Tier 2 general)

Do you have an application reference number for <Partner>?
I selected Biometric Residence Permit here (as I don't have latest GWF from ILR)

Biometric residence card or permit number
Do I need to enter no of ILR BRP or previous Tier 2 BRP?
