Skilled worker extension application form

I am applying to extend my skilled worker visa. My COS lists the tier and Category as Skilled Worker (Extensions - ISC liable).

The application form I've filled in is titled as 'skilled worker' application. Is this correct or is there a separate extension application form?

I used the same link and applied and submitted. It didn't showed me as extension too. Is that correct? Or did I submitted wrongly? Does extension have some other link?

Even I don't had any specific option to extend my partner and child and I used

I submitted 3 application for extension today.

Also my partner and child has separate application. I don't see any option to add them in same application. So separately paid visa and IHS too.

Please let me know if you see any issues?

Also just realized I paid only less than £500 for my dependent partner and dependent child as IHS fees for a 2-year extension. Not sure on which basis it was calculated. What will happen to my application? Will they reject or send a payment link alone for the remaining IHS? Or do I need to withdraw my application and double-check again in the IHS link how it was calculated and submit another application ? If i do so do i need to pay Visa fees again? So confusing now
Could someone suggest whether it is an IHS link glitch?
