Hey guys,
I had a question I was wondering if anyone can help with. I have been waiting to receive word from TNT regarding the delivery of my BRP since Wednesday 2nd August (I know it hasn’t been long). This morning(4th June) out of the blue they emailed at 6 am saying they will deliver today and at 7:24 am said no one answered so I should book re delivery.
I spoke to the customer support and they told me I can go and collect it on Monday between 3-8pm.
I am wondering if they will let me come in today to collect it. (The email says not to come before or after the booked slot) but I am just wondering if I went in today they would let me collect it? Any one else had any experience with that?
