I am a director in a business which has already sponsor licence ,now would like to apply for sponsor licence for another company.
can I do that?

There are no guidelines as each separate legal entity is treated in its own right. Interrelated business stand in their own right regardless of co-ownership or joint directors.

It even works in reverse, a single Company can even split their own trading areas into separate licensed areas. The care home industry does this sometimes to protect the company from a total loss of license if there is an issue at a single care home.
