IHS Fee Refund

I have applied for Graduate Visa on May, 2023 and it is approved on Aug 2023 for 2 years. I paid IHS fee for 2 years at that time. So when I apply for a Tier 2 visa on December 2023 for 3 years, is there any possibility to get the IHS refund ?

No. You must pay IHS according to the length of the visa granted, so no partial refunds are given when you switch/apply for another visa as you are required to pay IHS fees again
