ILR - Document from the sponsor

Hi,

Iam due to apply for ILR in a few weeks.I have been working on WP and more recently on leave to remain in Tier 2 (intra company transfer)
Is it a must that this documnent from sponsor is required for ILR?

Any help/advise will be appreciated
