New rules for care worker dependant

Hi there,

As we all know that new rules are going to enforce from 11th March that no care dependent will be allowed. My questions is if someone is on care dependent visa and the visa is going to expire in December. Will it be possible to renew the visa? Or have to go back to the country?

Please guide me
