Health and care visa

Please help!

I submitted my Ecctis C1 with my health and care visa Application on February 7 but got an email to send again as additional document as level B1, I wrote and passed PTE test as I thought the C1 wasn’t up to the required English level, and sent it a day late after the 10 working days given.

It’s been two weeks since I submitted and yet to get any feedback… the initial decision was supposed to be done by February 28.

What can I do please??
