Are you currently in the UK on a skilled worker visa?
If that is a yes then the new rules will not apply to you. You will have reserved rights.

So you are swapping who is lead applicant, not the smartest of moves as it resets the ILR clock. It also pushes you into a position where your salary must meet the new rules for bringing dependents into the U.K.
Assuming you are being paid the going rate in your area for the teaching role and that meets the national pay scales it is LIKELY you will meet the educational salary threshold’s. You have to check.
You will also need to make sure your current employer is licensed and willing to sponsor you.
If you meet the threshold to obtain a COS you will be allowed to apply and so will your dependents.

Hi,
I am currently on Inter company transfer visa and my spouse is on dependent. She is working in a nursery school and they are ready to sponsor her visa. But our current visa is expiring soon, so we might be leaving before we get the certificate of sponsorship. Will be able to apply from outside UK with salary being above the job code salary limit but less than 37K..
If in case we get the CoS before the visa expiry, will we be able to apply for the visa when the job salary is above the limit but less than 37k.

It should not be an issue as long as the SOC and salary meets the education sector standards- see below

Thanks for responding.
That's correct ,It is not ideal but due to primary visa holder circumstances changing ,I've no choice but have to apply as primary visa holder .I'm meeting the national pay scale to obtain a COS however Salary below £38700 and that's where I'm kind of not sure if dependent is allowed.
