SMS Issue - Cannot Assign CoS to Employee

Hello all,
I wonder if anybody else is facing this issue right now (at 17:10 on 29/03/2024):
My company 2 CoS (unassigned) available. I was just wanted to assign one of CoS to one of our new employee. I could create and CoS and save it, the assign option is not activated?
I have double checked all required options are filled properly?
Is there a tech glitch on the SMS or am I doing something wrong here?

Just an update:
It is working fine now. So, their server was down....i think...
