Dependent Rules for Granted Skilled Worker Visa before 4th April

Could Anyone please tell me if I have a skilled Worker Visa allocated according to the rules before 4th April 2024, Is it possible to bring the dependent to the UK with old rules with a low salary? Visa allocated after 4th April but application submitted before 4th April 2024.
OR
I will need to switch a job for a salary greater than 38700, or If I am considered a UK resident now and fall under the category of a 29k salary?
