BRP issue

Good Morning,

I got my visa extention on April 18, 2024 (dependant skilles worker).
An email was saying I will get my BRP in 10 days, which didn't happen (I started application procees at the end of January, 2024 thinking it will be plenty of time for the turnover with decision and having BPR on hands before traveling at the end of June).

I reported BRP has NOT arrived on May 7, 2024 and got a responce the next day saying it is not a delivery issue, and my enquiry passed onto caseworker.

There was no update since then, I have no idea will I get my BRP or not.

I applied for an extention using ID verification app, wich might be the case I am not receivng my BRP.
But I have to travel in a month... and I can't get any answer from the home office, they are not helping or advising anything in this regard and mainly - how I will return to the UK in this case.

This forum is extremly helful and helped me each time I am applying for visas. If you by any change could advise what to do in this case?

There's nothing that we on the forums can do to help.
You need a BRP to get back unless your passport allows you to travel to UK visa free.
You can try to get a "Replacement BRP visa" but it will take a long time and you may be stranded abroad.
Your best bet is to get onto UKVI.
