Country of residence, for UK COS

My country of residence is UAE, my home country is Serbia.
I am a software developer and am living in UAE now, but my work permit will expire quite soon.

I have a job offer from the UK.
I plan to apply for COS and for Skilled Worker visa from UAE.

What are the requirements for my UAE Work Permit (how many months more does the work permit have to be valid for)?
