Urgent - Applying Skilled Worker Visa from Germany

Hello,

I am currently student in Germany and I would like to apply for a skilled worker visa from Germany. Problem is Germany has given me 1 year student visa and residence permit application will be processed when visa will be going to expire.

In short, based on my german student visa can i apply for skilled worker visa UK? TLS website mentioned they need copy of residence permit and a passport. My nationality is Pakistani and I have 1 year german student visa sticker on my passport can I scan this, is it acceptable.
