Impact of Promotion on Dependent Visa Status and ILR Eligibility

Post by Nandika44 » Fri Aug 02, 2024 9:38 pm

I’m currently working as a care assistant under a skilled visa with a sponsored employer. My employer has offered me a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) for a senior care assistant position. If I accept and apply for the visa, will it affect my husband and daughter’s dependent visa status? Will they need to reapply for dependent visas? Are there any recent regulatory changes that might affect their eligibility? Additionally, could accepting this promotion impact my future ILR application?
