Wrong IHS - 6 months additional

We were charged for an additional 6 months of IHS when I submitted a Skilled Worker visa application for myself and my dependant. On the website, there was a warning that UKVI is aware of the overcharging issue, and they will refund the overpaid amount. Has anyone else faced the same issue and received a refund? If so, did you have to file a complaint, or was it refunded automatically?
