Skilled worker dependent query

Hi all,
Sorry if this topic has previously raised here.

One of my friend (him) arrived in UK last year as a student dependent. After 6 months he switched to skilled worker visa but Wife carried on studying until november 2024 and completed her study.

Can she now apply to become his dependant?
