Claiming Asylum on cancelled skilled worker

Hi Guys,

I recently entered UK with skilled worker visa.
However, my role was made redundant and skilled worker will be cancelled but haven't received curtail letter yet.
My country is Myanmar is situation is escalating with recruiting random boys to put in coup wars.
So just like my fellow myanmar, I am planning to apply asylum.

As I know, my cancelled skilled worker will be extended while claiming asylum.
- Let's say if i get one offer and can offer sponsorship, can i just update my skilled worker while under asylum application in progress?
- can I do minimum 20 hr as 2nd job (part-time) as part of extended skilled worker?
