Training restrictions on dependent visa

Hi everyone,
I am a doctor in training and had to switch from dependent visa to health and care visa (in 2021) as my BRP said no doc/dentist in training. That led to resetting of my ILR clock. I have now been told that this restriction has been removed? As few of my colleagues have dependent BRP that only mentions sportsperson restriction now. It’s the same dependent visa (doctor spouse on tier2/healthcare visa).
I just want to know if the training restriction has indeed been lifted. Couldn’t find this restriction anymore on gov uk website either but I may not be looking in the right place.
