Undefined COS query

Hello All,

My employer is willing to offer me skilled worker visa.
However, at the time of applying for their sponsorship licence, they had applied for 10 undefined COS and had to mention certain broad categories under which they will issue the COS to applicants. My role does not fall under these categories, however my role does have a valid eligible occupation code and meets salary criteria.

My query is, can the employer still issue one of the above COS to me or will the UKBA restrict them challenging that my job role does not meet the categories initially mentioned at the time of company applying for COS allocations.

Would really appreciate your advice in this matter
