Main applicant on ILR, guidance on depandant visa extension

Hi Team, I completed my 5 years on skilled worker(Tier-2) visa and received my ILR.
However my wife and child only completed 2 years and on dependant visa which is set to expire by end of this month.
As i received ILR, how should i apply for my dependent's visa? Earlier i used to get COS from my company.
What is the process now as i received ILR?

I initiated a dependant visa application form on ukvi website.
I did some more research and my questions boil down to the below
1. When it asks for the main applicant's UAN, which one should i provide? the one on my last skilled worker visa or the one on my ILR application?
2. When it asks for the main applicant's skilled worker visa expiry date, what should i provide? as a main applicant i am on ILR, it won't have any expiry.
