DCos Use By Date, Late assigning

Hi,

We have a DCOS granted to our company and we are still actively interviewing for a potential candidate.
The DCOS in the sms system says 'use by date 15/04/2025'.

Now the question is that when we filed for DCOS, we put expected job start date 15/04/2025. The DCOS was granted to us in the month of January. So If we manage to find someone suitable in the first week of April and we want to give him job start date of 1st of June 2025. We will definitely assign DCOS to someone within the USE BY Date.

Q1. is it allowed?
Q2. So previously we said we need someone to start from 15th April 2025 to 14th April 2030. But now the job start date will be 1st June 2025, can we put the end date to be 30th May 2030?
