Sick and out of UK

Dear,

My friend’s Wife got Skilled worker visa in July 2024. She came in August 2024. She went back home country in January 2025. She is still in back Home and genuinely sick there. Due to depression her health is not well. Doctors told that she can recover next 3 to 4 months. She is already out of UK for last 50 days.
Is there any immigration law of Sick leave? How to deal it on Sms Login and keep her visa?
Does her employee need to run her payroll on Sick then what about Monthly tax according to £38700?
