I am writing to seek a clarification regarding my daughter's dependant visa application. I applied for her as a dependant of a Skilled Worker; however, I have not yet received any update on the application. Upon reviewing the details, I believe I may have selected the incorrect visa category, as the payment made was for Visa: PBS, Start-up, Innovator, or Global Talent dependant child instead.

My daughter has already completed her biometric appointment, but I do not have the unique reference number to track the application or contact the Home Office. Given this situation, I would like to understand:

Can I submit a new application under the correct category, or do I need to wait for a decision on the existing application?
If I must wait, what are my options considering that my daughter's current visa is set to expire on 12th March 2024?
I would appreciate your guidance on how to proceed as soon as possible. Please let me know if any additional details are required to locate the application.
