Health and care visa query

Hi
I am on health and care visa and working as HCA in nhs, my visa is due to renewal in this year.
I want to do electrician course for the future now. It was online based certification with the written exam.
My query is can i do it while on health care visa?
Is there any problem regarding renewal and at the time of ILR?
