I have Work Visa issue with employer

Hello Everyone,

I’m in uk on my work visa but today my amployer today I get warning to arrange your visa and new job or person to provide me sponsor certificate.

I’m working for them last 15 months on my 5 year work permit visa because they sponsor me that visa.

I’m Just worried in that case what option do I have to do?

Can I sponsor my self or I can register uk company and start own business so I can care on my 5 year work visa or my own company?

As I’m already in UK if someone want to start new business and if they need skill worker for there business can they hire me on there new register business / company?

Please advise

You can only look for a new sponsor. If you can't find any and you are not eligible to anything else you will need to leave.

Thanks for reply I just discuss with immigration adviser and they told can move on as self support visa need to open company with a UK National person and meet your requirements.

I think your advisor is directing you to be sponsored by your own company as a skilled worker. It is possible to do that however the company will have to gain a sponsor licence first. It is not an impossible way to achieve a way to remain but it is not an easy way either.

What are the chances of finding another sponsor to take you on?
