Dear,

I want to issue Cos to my Brother. Someone told me that you appoint your Employee (British Passport holder or ILR) as a Level 1 User then Cos can be issue to brother.
My question. is it possible if i keep myself as a director and appoint Level 1 User to my British or ILR Holder then he can issue Cos? Will it work for skilled worker Visa?
