FLR to Skilled Worker visa

Hi everyone,

I applied for FLR FP in January as I had a minor masters resit that delayed my results, additionally my country is currently war torn and I had no ability to return anywhere, as my family had to flee to neighboring countries. Anyways in the FLR I stated that part of reason I need to stay in the UK is to complete part 2 of my solicitor’s qualification exams, after successfully passing part 1 and I attached my job offer which is for September. Anyways the firm which offered me the contract has now applied for skilled workers visa for me and I did my biometrics last week, although they paid fast track it has been a week of no news, the lawyer just reviewed email from home office that additional reviews are required. I am worried and wanted to know if anyone had similar scenario or successfully got skilled worker’s visa amidst a pending FLR
