Hi,
I am doing full hours job as Support Worker in a care home for my sponsor (who sponsored my job). Along with this I am doing 17 hrs/week for another reputable company as Dispenser. In April 2024, when the short occupation list was changed and updated, dispenser is no more on Short occupation list or it cannot be sponsored anymore. But my company says they would carryout my Right to Work check only when my current visa will expire and they already did my RTW check at time of my hiring (at that time dispenser was on SOL)
Now Dispenser is not on SOL, but i am still working for the same company.
And my visa extension is in about 5 months. (I am here in uk from last 2.5 years)
Now i am concerned whether my 2nd job (part-time as dispenser) can create a problem in visa extension or not?
