Unmarried Partner Dependant Question

Post by delboyt46 » Fri Jun 05, 2009 1:46 pm

Hi,

I currently employ a Belarussian on a 2 year work permit which expires in November 2009.He lives in the UK with his unmarried partner and his son.(Both unmarried partner and son on dependant visa).

He would like to invite his unmarried partner son to the UK.I understand he can invite the unmarried partner son as a dependant.

But the unmarried partner son father is still living in Belarus. However the unmarried partner has sole responsibility for the son. What evidence needs to be shown to bring the dependant to the UK with a parent still living in Belarus?

Any help or advice appreciated.
