Hi guys, i am waiting psw. At this moment can my employer apply for Certificate of sponsorship to HO? Is there any chance it gets refused? As I am already waiting for PSW 7 months.

During the process of applying for the CoS, your employer need to fill in your details in the online CoS management system... so during that time if you need to make sure you have a valid visa

and also you need to understand that the CoS - UIN (Unique Identification No) that is generated by your employer is valid only for 3months so you need to get back your current application with HO by that time to apply with that CoS...
