TIER 2 REFUSAL PL HELP

Hi!
I was switching from PSW to tier 2. have been with the current employer since jan 2008. My problem is that i was refused tier 2 visa yesterday because my original transcrip was not accompanied by a university reference letter as well. In the mean time my leave to remain has expired. Can I reapply from my home country for the same category or is it better to appeal? My solicitor advises me to appeal but i'm not sure. Can i use the same CoS if i reapply or do i need a new one from my company? if i do reapply what r the chances of getting a visa? I have adequate attribute as well as language and maintenence points to fulfil the criteria. Your advise on the matter is highly appreciated. Thanks

I have my university graduation certificate and the transcript and i am not sure what you mean by reference letter from the university.

Pls help

as long as ur transcript is accompanied by your degree certificate u should be alright.
